1 roll sausage meat
1 small onion cut fine
2 c rolled oats
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In frying pan place the onion and sausage meat and cook stirring continuously until meat is thoroughly mixed. Add gradually 2 c of rolled oats and mix well.
