4 chicken legs seasoned with salt
1 1/2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushrooms
1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken legs with flour. Brown on all sides in hot fat in frying pan. Drain off excess fat. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to baking dish and cover. Bake at 350ºF oven for 35 to 40 min. At end of baking period add a dash of sherry (optional). Uncover if necessary to thicken sauce.
