1 2/3 c thinly sliced carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c chopped onion
1 1/3 c orange juice
2/3 c water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c diced cooked chicken
1 1/3 c Minute Rice
Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots in butter over medium heat until almost tender turning frequently. Add onion and sauté until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients except chicken and rice. Bring to a boil. Then stir in chicken and rice. Cover and simmer 8 min.
