2 broiling chickens halved
salt
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 c honey
1/4 c prepared mustard
2 tbsp. butter melted
1 1/2 c water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp salt
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c raisins
1 1/3 c minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chickens with salt. Place skin side up on a broiling rack. Combine curry powder, honey, mustard and butter and brush over chickens. Broil 6" from heat 30 min turning and brushing with honey mixture every 5 min. When chicken has broiled about 20 min combine remaining ingredients except rice with 2 tbsp. honey mixture. Bring to a boil, stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 min. Turn chickens skin side down and spoon about 1/2 c rice into each half. Broil 3 min.
