6 ounce jar artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed and chopped
6 ounce frozen spinach, thawed and all moisture removed
1 green onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, reserve small amount of mozzarella cheese to spread on top. Spoon into small baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes. You can turn broiler on for a few minutes to lightly brown the cheese. Remove from oven and serve hot with tortilla or pita chips.
