large head of garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Cut a thin slice off the top of the garlic head to expose the cloves. Place on piece of aluminum foil, drizzle cut end with olive oil, loosely wrap foil around the head. Roast in oven until soft, about 20 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly, then press pulp out of the individual cloves.
You can spread garlic on baguette bread along with white cheese that has been softened slightly in the microwave.

Garlic pulp can be stored in an air tight container for about a month in refrigerator.
