3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1-1/2 cup Flour
1-1/2 cup Sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 large Eggs
3/4 cup Buttermilk
3/4 cup warm Water
3 Tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla

FROSTING
2-1/4 cup 10x/Confectioners Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
6 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
1-1/2 sticks Butter, softened
9 ounces semi-sweet Chocolate, melted
3/4 cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Butter 2-8" cake pans and dust with cocoa.

FROSTING
Sift dry ingredients: confectioners sugar, cocoa powder & salt in a bowl. In separate bowl cream butter and cream cheese, then add in dry ingredients and beat well. Slowly mix in melted chocolate, then add in sour cream. Mix well.

CAKE
In a bowl, sift cocoa, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder & salt. Beat on low speed to combine and raise to medium. Add eggs, buttermilk, water, oil & vanilla and beat 3 minutes.

Divide batter between 2 pans. Bake 35 mins. Cool. Transfer to racks and cool completely.

Spread 2 cups frosting on 1st layer, top with remaining layer. Frost top and sides with remaining frosting.
