1 lb. lean beef steak
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. rice wine or dry sherry
2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. peanut oil
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1.5 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Directions:

Cut beef into thin slices ad put them in a zip lock bag. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and cornstarch to make marinade and add to bag with beef. Combine well and chill at least 20 minutes and up to 4 hours.

Heat wok or large frying pan until very hot. Add the peanut oil and when it is very hot, add the beef. Stir fry 3-5 minutes until they are lightly browned. Add the oyster sauce and bring to a simmer. Toss to coat and top with onions for serving.
