Cake:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
3/4 cup of water

Glaze:
2 tablespoons butter ...room temperature
3/4 cup of confectioners sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons of boiling water
juice of half a lemon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Cake:
Mix all together and beat for two minutes.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake for 40 minutes or until done.

While cake is baking prepare the glaze.
in a small bowl.
Mix all together at low speed
After removing cake from oven, prick it all over with a deep-timed fork.
Spread glaze over hot cake.

Serve warm
