Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound of hamburger
1 box of Rice A Roni Spanish Rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 tsps butter
For larger groups I use 2 boxes and more hamburger. I also have my own quarts of canned stewed tomatoes which has onion and green pepper in it that I use.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain.
Make the Rice A Roni spanish rice box according to directons. When Rice is almost done cooking add drained hamburger to it and cook for about 10-15 minutes more. I add a can of tomato soup at the end to hold it all together and give it a more tomato taste. Also instead of hamburger you can use sliced ring bologna or Kilbasa.

Personal Notes:
This is a quick hot dish to put in a crock pot to take to a pot luck. I get raves on this.I have tried cheaper Rice A Roni but it does not taste as good.
