uncooked rice 1 cup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 raw whole chicken cut up pieces or 6 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
MIx the 2 cans of soup together with the milk. Sprinkle the rice over the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pour part of the soup/ milk mixture over the rice in the bottom of a cake pan. Slightly stir together to make sure rice is covered. Layer the cut up chicken pieces on top of the rice. Pour the rest of the soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and onion spices if you wish. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350º for an hour, take tin foil off and bake 15 minutes more.
