1/2 cup Butter
1 Cup Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 eggs
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and 1 cup water. Add flour and salt all at once. Stir until a ball forms. Add one egg at a time and mix until smooth each time.

Drop spoonful's of dough (however big/small you want) onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake 450 degrees for 20 minutes
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes

Fill with custard or fresh whipped cream.
Dust with powered sugar.
