1 4oz filet mignon
2 oz. crab meat,warmed
2 oz. bearnaise sauce

Bearnaise Sauce
3/4 cup Hollandaise sauce
1 Tbls. tarragon vinegar
1 tsp, chopped parsley
1 tsp. fresh tarragon
1 tsp. fresh chervil

Directions:
Broil filet. Put warmed crabmeat over meat and top with bearnaise sauce.

Bearnaise Sauce;
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with any broiled fish or meats.

Note attached to this recipe says"Talk about good". I would also add "talk about easy"! The bearnaise sauce is a good recipe to have on hand for use with other dishes. Recipe is dated " BBQ 10/15/89
