1 unbaked pastry-lined pie pan
1½ c pecans
1c Karo™ syrup
½ c sugar
1 T flour
few grains salt
3 Slade’s Dairy® eggs, beaten
1 t vanilla
Slade’s Dairy® butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour. Add to beaten eggs. Add Karo, salt, vanilla and pecans. Combine well. Pour into unbaked pastry shell and dot with butter. Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to moderate 350º and continue baking for 35 minutes. Allow to cool some before cutting.
