6 Tbl. unsalted butter
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 large ripe but firm avocado
1 Tbl. lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbl. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. minced fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked,skinless,boneless bite-size chicken pieces
1 cup lump crabmeat,picked over for shells
1 Tbl. worcestershire saice
S&P to taste

1. Melt 3 Tbl. butter in medium size skillet over Mod. heat. Add bread crumbs and saute till brown. Set aside.

2-Preheat oven to 400ºF. Peel,pit and cut avocado into 1/2"-1 " pieces. Mix with lemon juice and set aside

3-In large ,heavy saucepan over moderate heat,melt remaining butter; add the onion and saute until golden,about 5 minutes. remove Heat to low and stir in flour,paprika, and rosemary. Continue cooking,stirring constantly until flour is browned-5-7 min. Stir in chicken broth and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly until the mixture boils and thickens,about 5 mins.
Remove the pan from heat and stir in sour cream. Then blend in the chicken,crabmeat, worcestershire sauce and S&P.
4- Gently blend in avocado pieces and turn onto a 2 quart baking dish. Cover with the bread crumbs and bake 15 min. or until bubbly.
