1 box Quaker Oat Cereal Squares
1 Lg. bag pecans
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. light Karo syrup
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave. Stir in syrup and brown sugar. Cook in microwave for 2 or more minutes until mixture froths. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over cereal and pecans. Stir until coated. Pour into jelly roll pan and bake at 250 for one hour, stirring every 20 min. Pour onto wax paper to cool.
