1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
2 medium carrots, peeled and shredded
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
1 large yellow onion, chopped
5 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons HERB-OX chicken flavored bouillon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cans (10 oz each) chunk breast chicken

In large (6-quart) slow cooker, combine all ingredients except heavy cream, flour and chunk chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or until rice is tender. Just before serving, combine heavy cream and flour. Slowly stir cream mixture into soup and add chunk chicken. Cook and stir constantly for 5-10 minutes or until mixture is slightly thickened and chicken is heated through. Ladle into bowl.
