2 large very ripe bananas
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups old fashioned oats
2-3 tbsp honey depending on how sweet you want
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Up to 1/2 cup chocolate chips, nuts or blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Grease 12 cup muffin tin. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 3 minutes until oats have broken down and batter is smooth. Slowly mix in add ins. Place in muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes until tops are set. Place on wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes.
