Ingredients:  
1 pound box medium shell noodles
1 pound monterey jack cheese, grated or cubed.
1 cup parmesan cheese
1-1/2 Tablespoons Basil (fresh or dry)
3/4 Tablespoon garlic juice
3/4 cup (or a little less) olive oil, or Mazola oil
1 cup mashed potato flakes
2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles 2-3 minutes more than directed on box.
2. While noodles are cooking, mix potato flakes, boiling water & salt. Set aside to cool.
3 Combine cheeses, basil, garlic juice,and oil.
4. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
This could also be layered: noodles/sprinkle parm cheese/sauce, repeat -- end with sauce.
