Ingredients:  
4 cups Garbanzo Beans drained
1/2 cup Tahini Sauce (Sesame Paste)
1/3 cup warm water
1/3 cup best quality Olive Oil
Juice of 1- 1 1/2 lemons
4 or more cloves of Garlic
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp ground cumin
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Add cayenne pepper to desired spiciness

In Food Processor Combine:
Garbanzo beans, tahini, warm water, oil, juice of 1 lemon
Process until smooth and creamy, pausing once or twice to scrape down sides of bowl.

Add garlic, salt, cumin and pepper to taste and blend.

Add lemon juice to taste

Garnish with Paprika and refrigerate

Add other items to experiment (jalapeņos, pine nuts, roasted red peppers, etc.)

Serve with Carrots, pita, chips, cucumbers, naan...
