Cake:
1 box white cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup water
1/4 cup Green Creme Dementhe

Topping:
1 jar Hershey fudge ice cream topping (if you love chocolate buy two jars)
8 oz cool whip
4 T. Green Creme Dementhe
1 Hershey bar grated or sprinkles

Cake:
In a large bowl mix cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Beat with mixer on low speed until moistened. Add the 1/4 cup Creme Dementhe. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased and foured 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool cake.
Topping:
Top with jar of fudge topping (or two if you want)
Mix 4 tsp. Cream DeMenthe into the cool whip and spead over the fudge topping.
Added grated Hershey bar or spinkles on top of cool whip.
Refrigerate
