Muffins:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups frozen blueberries (do not thaw)

Streusel Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter, melted

Glaze:
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Muffins: In large bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. In another bowl, combine dry ingredients and mix blueberries in. Combine wet and dry. Spoon into muffin cups and add streusel glaze before baking at 375 for 20 min.

Streusel Topping: Combin all ingredients until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of muffins and bake.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients until smooth and drizzle over baked muffins.
