6 1/2 lbs. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in a large slow cooker.
Mix next 6 ingredients together and mix with apples.
Cook on low for 10 hours, stirring occasionally.
Mash and beat with egg beater.
Add vanilla and cook 2 more hours.
Put in jelly jars, put on flat lid and ring.
Place a rack in the bottom of a large stock pot. Place jars on rack. Cover jars with water and boil for 10 minutes.
