8 c. fresh chopped peaches
3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. water

Directions:

Cook all ingredients on low heat for one hour, stirring often. Put mixture in jelly jars and secure flat lids with the ring. Put a rack in the bottle of a large stock pot. Place jars on the rack. Cover sealed jars with water and boil the jars for 10 minutes.
