Crust:
1 1/2 cups of crushed coconut cookie or (Nilla wafer) crumbs
1/4 cup butter -melted
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Filling:
8oz block of cream cheese
1 398 ml can of crushed pineapple - drained
1 can of sweet and condensed milk
3 Tbsp of lemon juice
Whipped cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cookie crumbs, butter, and cinnamon .
Press mixture into 9x9 glass pan and place in freezer for 30+min.
Mix well- cream cheese,lemon juice,pineapple and sweet and condensed milk .
Pour mixture onto cookie crust and place back in freezer.
Cut into pieces ,Top with whipped cream and serve.
