Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. Crabmeat I use Lump or Jumbo
2 8oz. Cream Cheese
1 tsp. minced onion ( I add about 3 T. because Tim loves onions)
1 T Lemon juice
1 T season all salt
2 T Old Bay original recipe didn't call for Old Bay ( you can't eat crabs without Old Bay)
10 oz Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
I usually make a double batch because most crab meat is in 1 lb. containers. It freezes well to if you want to make ahead of time.

Directions:
Directions:
Soften Cream cheese add lemon juice and beat till smooth. If I had to tell you to put that in a bowl first you don't need to be cooking.
Add onion and seasonings to cream cheese and lemon juice. Mix ingredients together.
Add Crab meat and hand mix. If you use the mixer you might as well just buy the special crab meat because you will shred the Lump crabmeat.
Place crab mixture into baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese
Bake in 325º oven for 25 to 30 or until it bubbles.
Server with crackers or if you really like your guest fresh baked bread.
