1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 medium Onion
1/2 diced Red Sweet Pepper
8 oz fresh sliced Mushrooms
1 jar 26 oz favorite Spaghetti Sauce
1 t. Morton Nature's Season (or salt & pepper)
2 Eggs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
5 T. Butter, melted
2 c. Cottage Cheese
4 c. shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a large pot cook spaghetti boiling salty water per box instructions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook onions, peppers and mushrooms. Add ground beef and seasoning and cook until brown, drain grease if needed. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. When spaghetti is done, drain and In a large bowl whisk eggs, Parmesan and butter.; toss into pasta to coat. Place 1/2 of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with half cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer. Cover and bake 40 minutes, then uncover, bake 20-25 minutes longer until cheese melted and lightly brown.
