1 c self rising corn meal
1 c milk
2 eggs
½ tsp soda
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 c chopped onions
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can rotel tomatoes, well mashed
1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13 pan or casserole dish.

Mix all ingredients and pour into dish. Bake for 1 hour.
