1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup Crisco
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 generous teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 bag of milk chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, sugars, soda, vanilla and Crisco with mixer. Add eggs, then peanut butter. Lastly add flour and mix well. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper to prevent burning. Bake 350º for 10-12 minutes. After taking out of the oven, press chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie while still warm.
