1 pkg. (5.25 oz.) Au Gratin Potatoes
2/3 cup diced carrots
2/3 cup diced celery
1 can (10.5 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, chicken broth. water, carrots and celery in a large sauce pan. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat; stir in cream. Garnish with parsley if desired.
