"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup natural peanut butter
¾ cup honey
½ cup coconut oil (or butter if you prefer)
2 tsp. vanilla
2¼ cup quick oats
6 Tblsp. cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan and warm gently on stovetop. If you’re using raw honey, you’ll want to be careful to warm it only until the coconut oil melts and the peanut butter softens. No reason to heat the life out of your honey!
Next, add in the vanilla, oatmeal, and cocoa, and stir well.
Drop by the spoonful onto a saran lined plate and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator - if they last that long.
