1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1-1/2 cups cold whole milk
3-1/4 cups heavy cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place cocoa and sugars in medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add the whole milk and mix on low speed until sugars and cocoa are dissolved (about 1-2 minutes). Stir in heavy cream and vanilla.

Turn machine on; pour mixture into freezer bowl and let process about 25-30 minutes. This will produce a soft serve texture.

For a firmer consistency, place in airtight container and freeze for 2 hours.
