1 package Oreo cookies
1 package of cream cheese- room temp to be soft
1 cup of melted chocolate chips, which ever you desire.
( white, milk chocolate, dark chocolate

Directions:

Separate 1/2 package of Oreo cookies
Remove filling from this half: eat or discard:)
Then blend the remaining half with filling-less half to make it crumbs.
We use a rolling pin with cookies in a ziplock or a food processor.
Once cookies are crumbs combine with softened cream cheese.
Roll into small balls, about a tsp size ball. Place in fridge.
Melt chocolate in microwave till melted.
Roll balls in chocolate and refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.

This also makes a great middle layer to a choc cake. SANDI says: I make this too, but I use Choc almond bark and melt that to roll the balls in. BUT, I do not break them in half, I put them in my food processor and crush them up small, and I also use the MINT oreos. They mix together with the cream cheese well and the mint ones really have good flavor.
