5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
4 cups potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
In a large bowl, add sliced eggs, potatoes, celery and onions. Dressing: In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients; blend well. Add to the potato mixture and gently stir until well-incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

This was a recipe passed down to mom from her mother. She made it often, substituting the mayonnaise with Miracle Whip. Over the years, we have gone back to using mayonnaise and adding a 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and substituting the 1/2 teaspoon salt with 3/4 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt.
