2 (8 oz.) cans stewed pork (pork roast, pork chops, steaks cubed), cooked
1 white onion, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
¾ c. red wine (the rest is to drink during dinner)
¼ c. gravy mix or make a roux (which is what we do, much better)
1 tsp. sweet basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork. Toss all ingredients in a pan. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice, or egg noodles.
Fast, hot meal for a passage.
