2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of hot sauce
salt
pepper

Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and rinse in cold water. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add the cooled macaroni to the mayonnaise mixture. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

This recipe is great with anything. It is light and refreshing. There is just a hint of garlic, so it is not overpowering. If you want to prepare it a few days ahead of time, mix everything together except the chopped cucumber. Add them in right before serving.
