Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground deer meat or ground beef
1 15 oz can red beans
1 15 oz can chili beans
1 15 oz can light red kidney beans
1 10 oz can Rotel
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
3 5.5 oz cans spicy v8 juice
1 small chopped onion
1 tbsp chili powder
Fritos
shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
I usually make this in the crock pot. Brown your meat in skillet, then drain grease off. In crock pot add beans, rotel, tomato sauce, v8 juice, chopped onion and chili powder. Then add meat to crock pot and mix well. You can control the spiciness of the chili by using maybe a mild rotel or use regular v8 instead of the spicy v8, but this version is really not all that spicy. Turn crock pot on low and cook for about 6 hours. You can cook this on the stove top also by bringing to a boil and then reducing to a simmer for maybe 2-3 hours.
Serve over Fritos and top with shredded cheese. If you want more heat, add chopped jalapeņos. This makes approx 4 quarts.

You can adjust how much you make by adding more or less of an ingredient, but we have found that the rotel, and spicy v8 is the perfect necessity for a great chili.
