· 2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
· 1 cup BBQ sauce
· ¼ cup Italian dressing
· ¼ cup brown sugar
· 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
· Sea salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
· Line crockpot with crockpot liner for ease of cleaning afterwards
· Season chicken breast lightly with some sea salt and place in the crockpot
· In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well combined.
· Pour sauce over chicken and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low 6-8 hours.
· Shred chicken with electric hand mixer. Recover and let cook in sauce for 10-15 minutes to soak up sauce.· Serve on Kings Hawaiian rolls for sliders, or baked potatoes.
· Makes 4-6 servings.
