1 1/2 lbs. Lamburger
1 cup quick oatmeal
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk or 5 oz regular milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
chopped onion, optional

SAUCE:
1 cup Catup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dried onion
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:

Mix and form first 8 ingredients into balls. I like the small spoon size or so. Place in 9X13 inch pan; do not layer. Mix together the next 5 ingredients and poor over meatballs and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Very good -- the liquid smoke is very important ingredient. Sometimes I have been almost out of catsup so added some bbq sauce instead.
