2 cups butter, 2 lb light brown sugar, 12 eggs, 3 # peanut butter, 1 tablespoon vanilla and honey, 8 teaspoons baking soda, 1–42 ounce quick oats, 1–12 ounce package chocolate chips, 1 large package plain or peanut M&M's
These cookies freeze well. This recipe also works well cut in half. Makes bunches :-)

Blend softened butter and sugar. Next mix in eggs. To this mixture add honey and vanilla, peanut butter and baking soda. Next stir in quick oats. Then add chocolate.chips and M&M's.
Bake these cookies for 12 to 14 minutes at 350.

These cookies freeze well and makes about 100 giant cookies. Also, works to cut recipe in half since it makes a ton.

This recipe is from one of Jennifer's friends from the 1970s :-) Pam used to make and freeze and give them to my kids as they went out the door at 6am to attend Seminary class at church before heading to high school at 7:10am....Sure they got eaten along the way in the morning.
