6 Eggs
1/4 C. Unbleached Flour
1/4 C. Butter melted
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp. Onion Salt
8 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese cut into 1/2 in. cubes
8 oz. (1 C) small curd cottage cheese
1 40z. Can Green Chilies chopped

Directions:

1. Beat Eggs until light using mixer or hand whisk
2. Whisk in flour, butter, baking powder and seasoning until mixture is smooth and lumps are blended in.
3. Stir in chilies and cheeses.
4. Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2 qt. baking dish, square or round.
5. Bake at 350º oven for 35 min. or until firm and slightly browned.
5. Cut into squares

Note: Recipe can be doubled and fits into 9x13 baking dish perfectly.
