6 T margarine
3 oz package of cream cheese
1 C flour
1 C grated muenster cheese
1/4 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonnaise or miracle whip

I usually double the crust ingredients.

1. Combine the margarine, cream cheese and flour for the crust. Roll into small balls and press into mini cupcake tins.
2. Combine the cheese, sour cream and mayo or miracle whip. Blend together and spoon into the shells/crusts.

Bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes and allow to cool a little before attempting to remove from tins.
