1 lb bulk sausage
1 C bisquick
1 C grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Use more bisquick if the meat is very fatty.
2. Place on a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 400º for 10-15 minutes and turn the sausage balls. Bake 10-15 minutes more.

3. Mix guava jelly with mustard and heat.

4. Serve sausage balls with dipping sauce.
