2 sticks margarine
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
2 c. flour
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and cottage cheese. Add flour and salt. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out in circle on floured board. Cut into 12 wedges. Roll into butterhorns starting at wide end. Roll to point. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350ºF for 30-40 minutes. Frost if desired.
