8 eggs
¼ c. milk
12 slices bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
½ c. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
⅓ c. green onions, sliced thinly (can omit)
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spray a 9 inch pie plate or 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Pour mixture into dish and bake 35-40 minutes or until center is set and top is puffed and golden brown.
