1 lb. shrimp, cooked
6 oz. lump crab meat
1 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Top with cheese and bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes. To make for more than 4, double the recipe.

This recipe has been in my family since the 1970's. It is easy to make and is great for a group. I have had people go back for thirds, so plan on at least doubling the recipe.
