Ingredients:
1 (14oz.) can fat free sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand®)
¾ c. egg whites
2 tsp. lime zest (takes 2 limes)
½ c. fresh lime juice (4 limes) or ready made lime juice
1 (6oz.) reduced-fat or sugar free ready-made graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Process the first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until pie is set. Let pie cool completely on a wire rack, about 1 hr. Garnish as desired, with fat free frozen whipped topping, lime wedges, lime rind curls.
This pie is even better if made 24 hours ahead of time and then sits in the fridge. The flavors go through and it is wonderful!

Personal Notes:
This is what it implies - a lite Key Lime Pie. I've made it for a group and everyone liked it. It has the good taste without all the calories.
