Ingredients:

Crust:
½ cup butter
½ cup Crisco
Mix ingredients together, add:
2 ¾ cup flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 ½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Topping:
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp fruit juice (drained from fruit)

Fruit:
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1 can mandarin oranges
1 kiwi skinned and sliced thin
2-3 bananas sliced & soaked in lemon juice
1 basket of strawberries quartered
3 tbsp corn starch


Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate about 1 hour, spread dough onto cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 400.
Spread topping over cooled crust
Drain fruit retaining fruit juice. Lay fruit all over crust. Cook remaining juice with corn starch until thickens, spoon over fruit (this keeps fruit from browning).
