8 frozen waffles, toasted
10 oz. maple flavored pork sausage, browned - or cooked bacon strips
1¼ c. cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1½ c. milk
½ c. maple syrup
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place toasted waffles in 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with sausage, then sprinkle 1 c. grated cheese on top of that.
Stir together milk, maple syrup and beaten eggs.
Pour over the layers in the baking dish. Chill overnight.
Bring to room temperature for 20 minutes; sprinkle with ¼ c. shredded cheese. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
