2½ c. cooked chicken, cubed
¾ c. celery, diced
¾ c. Hellman's® mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Major Grey's® chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
1 medium banana, sliced
⅓ c. salted peanuts
1 can crushed pineapple
½ c. flaked coconut
1 (11oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery and pineapple.
In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, chutney and curry.
Cover each bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Drain the chicken mixture, add banana and peanuts.
Toss with mayo mixture and mandarin oranges. Sprinkle with coconut.
